1. Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-3 weeks.

You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses after an order has been processed. 

2. Shipping Methods and Costs:

We offer Worldwide Shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen method and destination.

Free shipping is available on orders over €35 within NL and BE, over 50€ within EU and outside EU. 

Please note that any import fees, VAT, customs duties and handling fees charged after ordering will be at your own expense.

3. Delivery Times:

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For international orders it may take longer.

Track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
