Does a tag automatically come with a ring?

Does a tag automatically come with a charm?
- No, make sure to add your charm(s) to your cart.
Where does the phone number go?
- The phone number(s) are featured on the back of the tag.
Can I order more than 1 charm?
- Of course! You can order as many charms as you would like. There's nothing cooler than being able to switch it up every now and then.
How do I take care of a tag?
- Our tags are prone to oxidation and are NOT waterproof. We therefore recommend taking the products off when swimming or during rough playtime.
How do I clean a tag?
Step 1: The tags can be cleaned gently with some mild dishwashing liquid and lukewarm water. Instead of using a sponge use a soft (microfiber) cloth.
Step 2: In case the tag has acquired tarnish or has lost it's shine you can use the 'Polishing Pad' which comes with your order.
Step 3: If you would like to restore the text use a sharpie (permanent marker and a piece of steel wool).
Note: to prevent the brass from oxidising again, you can apply a clear coat of nail polish.

What are the shipping costs for the Netherlands and Belgium?
- 6,95€. All orders are sent with Track & Trace.

- Shipping costs for countries within the EU depend on the number of products, size and weight. By entering your address details during checkout we will be able to calculate the shipping costs.
What are the shipping costs to countries outside EU?
- Shipping costs for countries outside the EU depend on the number of products, size and weight. By entering your address details during checkout we will be able to calculate the shipping costs.
Please note that any import fees, VAT, customs duties and handling fees charged after ordering will be at your own expense.
Is there FREE shipping?
- Yes, we offer free shipping within NL and BE for orders above 50€.
When will my order be shipped?
- After an order has been placed, there is a processing time of 1-3 weeks considering are products are handmade.
How do I track my order?
- An email will be sent confirming we are packing your order and once your order has been sent, your tracking information will also be included in this email.
