Does a tag automatically come with a ring?

- Yes, every tag comes with a spring ring.
Does a tag automatically come with a charm?

- No, make sure to add your charm(s) to your cart. 
If I only buy charms, do they come with small rings?

-No, in case you decide to buy loose charms you also have to buy small rings to attach them.
When do I need to order small rings?

- In case you would like to hang 1 charm on the tag, you will NOT need to buy extra rings.

- In case you would like to hang more charms on the tag or hang the charms elsewhere, you WILL need to buy extra rings.
Where does the phone number go?

- The phone number(s) are featured on the back of the tag.
How does the phone number look on the back?

- All phone numbers are stamped with their respective landcodes. The landcode is stamped above the phone number(s).

Product care
Uhh, why aren't the letters and numbers perfectly aligned?

Our tags are handmade and not laser engraved, so each piece will be unique and different, imperfections are part of the character of our pieces. No two tags are the same.
My tag is looking dull. What should I do?

The tags are made of brass and will oxidise over time. They are not waterproof so the colour may change and the shine might fade. The tags are therefore subject to wear and tare. Tags can be polished using our cleaning kit.
The charms have discoloured. What should I do?

Our charms are not made for everyday wear. They can discolour, get caught, and sometimes fall off. It happens. We don’t sugar-coat it.

How do I make a payment?

- We accept all major credit and debit cards, Google, Apple Pay, iDEAL and Klarna.
Where do you ship from?

- We are based in the Netherlands.
What are the shipping costs for the Netherlands and Belgium?

- 6,95€. All orders are sent with Track & Trace.
What are the shipping costs to countries within EU?

- Shipping costs for countries within the EU depend on the number of products, size and weight. By entering your address details during checkout we will be able to calculate the shipping costs.
What are the shipping costs to countries outside EU?

- Shipping costs for countries outside the EU depend on the number of products, size and weight. By entering your address details during checkout we will be able to calculate the shipping costs. 

Please note that any import fees, VAT, customs duties and handling fees charged after ordering will be at your own expense.

Refunds/Returns
Can I return my order?

- We don't offer exchanges/refunds on customised goods.
I lost my tag or charm(s). What can I do?

Because tags hang freely, they can snag and stretch out the ring. We recommend checking your ring occasionally and replacing it if it looks worn. We are not responsible for damaged or lost tags once they have been attached to your pet's collar.

We cannot guarantee that they are 100% chew resistant. We are not responsible if swallowed. 

We are not responsible for mistaken phone numbers or names, if the mistake was made by the buyer.
