General information
We are not responsible for damaged or lost tags once they have been attached to your pet's collar. We are not responsible for mistaken phone numbers or names, if the mistake was made by the buyer.
The tags are made of metal and will oxidise over time. They are not waterproof so the colour may change and the shine might fade. The tags are therefore subject to wear and tare. Tags can be polished (see below). They are made of strong, yet "soft" metal. We cannot guarantee that they are 100% chew resistant.
We are not responsible if swallowed.
Maintenance
Step 1: The tags can be cleaned gently with some mild dishwashing liquid and lukewarm water. Instead of using a sponge use a soft (microfiber) cloth.
Step 2: In case the tag has acquired tarnish or has lost it's shine you can use the 'Polishing Pad' which comes with your order.
Step 3: If you would like to restore the text use a sharpie (permanent marker and a piece of steel wool).
Note: to prevent the brass from oxidising again, you can apply a clear coat of nail polish.
